Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate, mainly to spine corners
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate; some discoloration and pencil marks to the cover
Spine Separations: the wrap has separated from the binding glue, but is intact and in good condition
Spine Cover Wear*: 1/4 "- 1/2 " erosion, upper and lower spine
Tearing: no major tears
Inner Pages: very good to excelent
Other: minor creasing is present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
