Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: moderate, mostly along edges
Spine Separations: 3 1/2" separation, lower spine, small separation, upper spine (cover wrap only)
Tearing: expect moderate tearing, most can be seen in the photos below; one page has a small advertisement removed
Inner Pages: very good or better
Other: many pages have small creased corners
