Surface Wear: moderate; small areas of heavier wear
Soiling: mild to moderate; pencil marks on cover
Spine Separations: 3/4 " separation upper and lower spine; binding staples lightly corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: minor tearing only
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; moderate corner creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
