Soiling: moderate
Spine Separations: small separations, upper and lower spine; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: one advertising page with a chunk taken; another advertising page half removed; otherwise, just minor tearing present
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
