Edge/Corner Wear: moderate; considerable wear to lower spine corner
Surface Wear: moderate; a few small spots of heavy surface wear
Soiling: moderate; pencil and crayon (?) marks to cover (the black "X" shown)
Spine Separations: 2" separation, lower spine; binding staples corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: minor tearing to cover (less than 1/2 "); a few inner pages with corners torn
Inner Pages: barring tears mentioned above, very good to excellent
Other: moderate creasing to cover present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
