Edge/Corner Wear: moderate to considerable wear, primarily to lower spine corner and lower right corner (corner creasing)
Surface Wear: mild to moderate; small surface tear near middle of spine (shown) and another near the bottom on the back cover
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: 4" separation, lower spine; binding staples lightly corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: 1" tear, middle of spine; minor tearing elsewhere
Inner Pages: several corners creased, but otherwise very good to excellent
Other: some corner creasing to cover present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
