Surface Wear: mild to moderate; some small surface tears on the cover
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: cover has nearly separated from the binding glue; binding staple corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: no major tears
Inner Pages: several creased corners, otherwise very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
