Edge/Corner Wear: moderate; considerable wear to spine corners
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: moderate
Spine Separations: 3/4 " separation, upper spine; 3" separation, lower spine; binding staples slightly corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: some small tears with associated creases to the cover
Inner Pages: mostly very good or better; two pages have considerable soil, creasing and some tearing; several pages have small corner folds
Other: some creasing is present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
