Edge/Corner Wear: moderate; considerable wear to lower spine edge
Surface Wear: moderate
Soiling: moderate with a bit of staining
Spine Separations: 3" separation lower spine; 1/2 " separation upper spine; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: 3" of lower spine cover and 1/2 " of upper spine cover has eroded; otherwise mild to moderate wear
Tearing: minor tears present
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; some mild to moderate corner creasing present; this is a great issue!

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
