Surface Wear: moderate; some small areas of significant wear
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: cover is about half separated from the top and bottom spine edges; binding staples corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: several small tears along the front cover edge
Inner Pages: a few corners torn, otherwise very good to excellent
Other: considerable creasing to the front cover; back cover has a moderate crease

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
