Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate, mainly to lower spine corner
Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling: mostly mild, some moderate
Spine Separations: no major separations; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: some small surface tears exist on some inner pages; a few small tears inside (less than 1"); otherwise, just minor tears
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
