Edge/Corner Wear: mostly mild; spine corners a bit worn
Surface Wear: mild
Soiling: mild to moderate, mainly along outer and upper edge
Spine Separations: cover has separated from the binding glue, but is intact and in very good condition... binding is fine; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: minor tearing only
Inner Pages: very mild water staining on the lower portion of several inner pages; minor surface tears on the lower edge of a few of the back pages; "very good" overall condition
Other: slight musty odor; minor creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
