Edge/Corner Wear: moderate
Surface Wear: moderate
Soiling: moderate with pencil marks
Spine Separations: cover has nearly separated from binding, although binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: spine cover is somewhat "rough"
Tearing: considerable tearing to cover (see photo); minor tearing elsewhere
Inner Pages: first several pages "good" with some soiling and creased corners; rest of inner pages very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; moderate creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
