Edge/Corner Wear: moderate, mainly along spine and corners
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: moderate
Spine Separations: 2" lower and 3/4 " upper separations; binding staples are corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: spine cover is 30% "rough"
Tearing: small corners taken from front and back covers; minor tearing elsewhere
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; mild creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
