Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate; mostly to spine and lower corners
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: moderate
Spine Separations: cover has separated from the binding, although binding is fine; staples are corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: moderate
Tearing: several small tears to cover and a few to inner pages, all less than 1/4 "
Inner Pages: first page has a "gouge" tear, otherwise very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; some corner creasing is present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
