Soiling: moderate, mainly along edges
Spine Separations: 2" separation, lower spine; 3/4 " separation, upper spine; binding staples lightly corroded; binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: 1" tear to back cover; minor tearing elsewhere
Inner Pages: minor corner creasing and soil; otherwise very good to excellent
Other: mild creasing to cover

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
