Edge/Corner Wear: moderate, mainly along spine
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: moderate; pencil marks on cover
Spine Separations: 3" separation, lower spine; 3/4 " separation, upper spine; binding staples have light corrosion
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: advertising page partially removed; a few 1" tears to inner pages
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; moderate creasing present
