Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: moderate
Spine Separations: 2" separation, lower spine; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: spine cover has pulled away from binding, lower 2"; moderate soild
Tearing: minor tearing present
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
