Edge/Corner Wear: moderate; considerable wear on lower spine corner
Surface Wear: mild to moderate; considerable surface wear upper left of back cover
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: 2" separation, lower spine; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: mostly mild to moderate; lower 2" of spine cover has eroded
Tearing: 3/4 " tear on back cover; otherwise minor tearing only
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; minor corner creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
