Surface Wear: moderate
Soiling: moderate, with some staining
Spine Separations: cover has nearly separated from the binding glue; binding staples are corroded, but binding is fine
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: minor tearing to the cover
Inner Pages: some mild to moderate soiling on some pages with minor pencil marks; otherwise very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; mild to moderate creasing present

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
