Spine Separations: minor separation, lower spine; binding staples corroded
Spine Cover Wear*: shown in close-ups
Tearing: first advertising page with a 2" 'gouge' tear; one advertising page near the back half removed; otherwise just minor tears
Inner Pages: very good to excellent
Other: slight musty odor; mild to moderate corner creasing present
