Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: minor separation, upper spine, less than 1/2 "
Spine Cover Wear*: mild to moderate, moderate soil
Tearing: no major tears
Inner Pages: very good to excellent; mild to moderate water staining first 20 pages or so
Other: slight musty odor

*-spine cover wear basically describes the condition of the spine cover only, and does not describe the binding, which is in very good condition unless otherwise noted.
