Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling: mostly mild
Spine Separations: several pages are split halfway up the spine; center page has separated, but is intact and in good condition
Tearing: incidental tearing along separation (see above); a few minor edge tears otherwise
Inner Pages: barring minor tears and some edgewear on the separated center page, very good or better condition
Other: minor corner curling present
