cover and second page have both separated from the binding but are intact; 1 1/2 " separation, lower spine with associated small tears
Tearing:
a few tears to the front and back cover; most can be seen in the photos
Inner Pages:
expect some tearing here and there; second page has a small chunk taken, but all in all, the inner pages are in very good condition
Other:
mild to moderate creasing present
