Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate, mainly to the corners
Surface Wear: mostly mild
Soiling: mild
Spine Separations: cover has slightly pulled from binding staples, resulting in very minor tearing at the staples
Tearing: minor tearing to the cover, nothing more than 1/2 ", however
Inner Pages: one major tear was found, otherwise very good to excellent
Other: mild creasing present
