Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate
Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mostly mild
Spine Separations: small separation, upper spine (1" or less)
Tearing: front cover exhibits significant tearing and associated creasing; back cover has a few small tears (less than 1/2") - see photos below
Inner Pages: some minor corner curling present along with the occasional small tear (less than 1"), otherwise very good to excellent
Other: the bottom of the issue has been "bumped" and the first 1/4 of the issue's pages show an indent (can been seen in the first photo below, bottom center of the magazine)
