Surface Wear: mild to moderate
Soiling: mild to moderate
Spine Separations: minor seperation, lower spine, center page has separated and exhibits considerable edge wear and tear, but is intact
Tearing: some tearing, mainly associated with edge wear
Inner Pages: barring the center page, very good to excellent, a few pages have some small tears, associated with edgewear
Other: some small corner creasing is present
