Small Antique Edwardian Fur Coat

Small antique fur coat in overall very good, used condition. Shows very slight wear at center front openings, sleeve & pocket openings. Elbows are in very good condition. There is an old repair at the hem edge of the right front opening, but this is not obtrusive. Hooks are rusted, and front neck edges & shoulders show light wear. Inside back neck edge is heavily worn, and needs new binding. I found two tears in the fur, one on the front, one on the sleeve. Both are clean tears, no missing fur.
Fur is a warm brown, it is fluffy, thick, and wavy. I believe it is kid. Blousy sleeves have curved ends, forming a muff when hands are clasped together. Lining is brown satin, in good condition. Has a hankie pocket just inside center front opening.
Measurements were taken with garment laying flat on a table:
14" across at shoulders
16" across at bustline
22" long, upper shoulder to front hemline
Sleeve length 20 1/2"
