Vintage sheet music dated 1907, complete and in good condition, having some wear and tear (see below). This is a scarce, original piece! Great Elks cover art, unsigned.

Measures about 9 1/4" X 12 1/4".

Condition:
Edge/Corner Wear: mild to moderate
Surface Wear: mostly mild - some light scuffing
Soiling: mild
Spine Separations: 2 3/4" separation, lower spine; 1" separation, upper spine - the lower separation has an associated tear (3/4") and moderate creasing
Tearing: with the exception of the tear mentioned above, there are just a few minor tears (less than 1/2")
Other: mild to moderate corner creasing and handling creasing present
