Town & Country Buildings Architecture Floor Plans 1919

Book titled "Town and Country Buildings", by the Southern Pine Association of New Orleans, LA, in good to very good condition. Dated 1919, it has mostly mild wear overall, barring moderate wear to the spine, including a small area that's been "mouse chewed" (this can be seen in the main photo). This area is about 1 1/4 " long, is not deep and is not obtrusive. Aside from that, minor tears and mild to moderate soiling/staining (mainly to the cover), this is in great shape!

A fantastic home builders guide with floor plans and models with a plethora of information on using southern pine in building your new home. Numerous photographs and floor plans of finished homes, farm out buildings and interior examples are included.

Measures about 8 1/4 " X 11" with 36 pages.
